Task 1. Complete two different Harvard Business Implicit Association Tests. Take screen shots of the feedback for each completed test. Review the feedback, evaluate the information from both tests, and use these to critically reflect on your unconscious bias in these two areas and develop personal strategies to apply to your career practice.
Task 2. Provide copies of the personal strategies you have identified and applied to reduce the impact of the effects of unconscious bias in your own practice.
Task 3. Reflect on the application of the strategies you applied to your career management practice and identify what went well, what did not go so well, opportunities for improvement and develop a professional development plan to further reduce unconscious bias in your practice; and reflect on the comments and feedback provided in the Attestation Forms.
Provide Attestations: Using the Attestation Forms provided, from your 1-up/manager and a peer career manager and use their feedback and comments as part of Task 3.
