Task 1. You will be required to identify and describe the phases in the career conversation process. Use clients in real examples to identify and describe the career conversation process phases and the micro-counselling skills you have applied and integrated to create a safe and supportive environment during career conversations. You will need to include how and why each of these were applied to meet the needs of specific clients. You will be required to have your 1 up/manager and peer career manager sit in on interviews with clients to be able to critique your practice and provide meaningful feedback/comments in their attestations.
Task 2. Reflect on the career conversation process and micro-counselling skills you applied and integrated into your career management practice within the client examples you provided in Task 1. Identify what went well, what did not go so well, opportunities for improvement and develop a professional development plan to further enhance your career management practice. You will also need to reflect on the comments and feedback provided in the Attestation Forms.
Provide Attestations: Using the Attestation Forms provided, from your 1-up/manager and a peer career manager and use their feedback and comments as part of Task 2.
You will need to download the Attestation Form from the Resources section below and upload the completed document to the Attestation Form tab on the website.
