Conditions of Assessment

To earn this EduBit, evidence must be provided to demonstrate the ability to:


1. Apply and integrate a career conversation process and micro-counselling skills to create a safe and supportive environment when engaging with a diverse range of clients. 


2. Critically reflect on the career conversation process and micro-counselling skills used in own career management practice.

 

Acceptable evidence requirements include copies of:

  • Four (4) real case studies where you have applied and integrated the career conversation process and micro-counselling skills to ensure a safe and supportive environment during career conversations to meet the specific needs of a diverse range of clients. 
  • Critical reflection of the career conversation process and micro-counselling skills you applied (including what went well, what did not go so well, opportunities for improvement and a plan to further enhance your career management practice) and feedback and comments from your 1-up/manager and a peer career manager who have observed your career management practice.
  • Attestations from your 1-up/manager and a peer career manager (including comments and feedback to be included in reflection).
