Assessment

You are required to submit evidence of the following:

  1. Identify and use appropriate leadership styles in the workplace in accordance with the organisation’s requirements.
  2. Establish team behavioural expectations and standards in accordance with the organisation’s requirements.
  3. Coach and mentor team members in accordance with the organisation’s requirements.
  4. Establish, maintain, and enhance working relationships with a range of stakeholders in accordance with the organisation’s requirements.

 

All work for this EduBit must be your own.

 

Instructions

You need to provide the following documentation:

1) Attestations: You need to provide six (6) completed attestations for this EduBit. Please download copies from the Resources section below.

a. Manager Attestation – one (1) from your manager or equivalent.

b. Team Member Attestation – two (2) from your team members.

c. Stakeholder Attestation – three (3) from your stakeholders:

     - One (1) from a stakeholder you are establishing a relationship with.

     - One (1) from a stakeholder you are maintaining a relationship with.

     - One (1) from a stakeholder you are enhancing a relationship with.

2) A completed Stakeholder Communication and Team Communication Logbook Record. Please download a copy from the Resources section below. Please upload to Task 2 below.

3) A copy of your team behavioural expectations that align with the organisation’s requirements. Please upload to Task 4 below.

4) A copy of the team standards that align with the organisation’s requirements. Please upload to Task 4 below.

5) A copy of a document identifying the specific needs of your individual team members. Please upload to Task 5 below.

6) Photographs* of three (3) team behavioural expectations on display. Please upload to Task 5 below.

7) Photographs* of three (3) team standards on display. Please upload to Task 5 below.
