Assessment Criteria

You are required to submit evidence of the following:

  1. Provide a positive retail customer service and experience in accordance with legislation and workplace requirements.
  2. Apply retail sales skills to effectively increase customer satisfaction and loyalty in accordance with legislation and workplace requirements.
  3. Apply loss management techniques in the retail environment in accordance with legislation and workplace requirements.
