You are required to submit evidence of the following:

  1. Describe customer service in accordance with workplace requirements.

  2. Identify the diverse cultural groups of New Zealand and international visitors/tourists groups.

  3. Provide great customer service to both domestic and international customers using oral and other means of communication, in accordance with workplace requirements.

  4. Respond to a customer complaint in accordance with workplace requirements.

  5. Develop strategies to improve domestic and international customer service in the workplace.
